Genk ruled out? A title duel!

Thunderbolt in the Pro League. Despite being the leader for almost the entire regular season, Genk suffered one defeat too many against Union and can probably kiss goodbye to the title.

Anderlecht – Union SG

While Anderlecht are likely to finish in 4th place, Union still have everything to play for. The Unionists are leaders by just one little point over Club Brugge.

The Mauves' mission will therefore be to make the lives of their neighbor in the capital difficult. The same neighbor who keeps getting the upper hand since their return to the elite of Belgian football. Union must absolutely win in order to continue to race ahead, and there is no doubt that Anderlecht will do everything to make this mission a failure.

KAA Gent – Antwerp

The two worst teams in these Playoffs compete for 5th place. Antwerp have the advantage in the standings and a draw would keep them ahead.

In their last matchup, Gent won in Antwerp, their only victory in these Playoffs. Before that, their last victory was on 1 March against... Antwerp! It's fair to say that taking on the Great Old suits the Buffalos.

Antwerp are in much better shape, as before their loss to Anderlecht, they had a streak of 3 games undefeated.

Genk – Club Brugge

6 points behind the leader with 3 days to go, Racing is virtually out of the title race. The reason? They weren't playing to their normal potential is this Playoffs campaign. For Brugge, the season is already a success with this cup win, but knowing Blauw en Zwart’s ambition, they're aiming for the double!

We must therefore hope for a faux pas from Union and begin by beating the Limburg team. Although they seem to be at rock bottom, you should always beware of a wounded beast!

The title race is getting crazier and crazier and this weekend is likely to be no exception.
