The final four are on fire!

Here we are! There are only four teams left in the Champions League. Which ones will take the lead in these first leg semifinals?

Arsenal – PSG

We start on Tuesday with a clash between two monstrous teams at home.

Arsenal are simply unbeaten, having conceded only one draw in the round of 16 against PSV in a match where the difference had already been made in the first leg. PSG have always dominated their opponents at Parc des Princes, even when they didn't win.

After knocking down the defending champion Madrid in a one-sided double confrontation, the Gunners will now have to make a difference at the Emirates Stadium, as the second leg match at the Parc might just become a living hell.

As for PSG, they were almost surprised at Aston Villa after going to penalties in Liverpool. A trend that shows that Parisians find it much harder to develop their game away from their base. Therefore, it feels safe to bet that Enrique’s men will try at all costs to keep the 0 in England before unleashing hell in their pandemonium in the second leg match.

FC Barcelona – Inter

Here are two teams that scared themselves even though they seemed to have everything they needed to succeed. FC Barcelona thought they had jumped the hardest hurdle in the first leg, but BVB gave everything in the second leg and were close to snatching extra time. It's the same for Inter, the Italians seemed in perfect control when two Bavarian goals came to give the game a tense finish that saw Inzaghi’s men triumph.

For many, this version of Inter is the perfect antidote to Barça’s ultra-dominant game. Kompany’s Bayern have a similar style and have hit a brick wall with the nerazzurri. Inter is the Italian team par excellence. They have uncompromising defensive strength coupled with a lethal realism in conversion, thanks in particular to a Lautaro Martinez in the best form of his life.

There's no way Barcelona are going to let panic take over. They are without a doubt the best team in the world. The arrival of Hansi Flick has revived a flame that has been extinguished for many years and the Catalans are bringing their best performances since their last Champions League 10 years ago! However, they will have to get a head start this Wednesday, because the second leg will take place in the mythical San Siro in front of a crazy Italian crowd. The latest spanner in the works is Robert Lewandowski, the team’s star scorer, who is injured and will have to miss at least the first leg match.
